Ingredients:

  • 2 medium size acorn squashes
  • 3 tablespoons good olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Preheat the Oven to 415 degrees F.

Slice the acorn squash in  1/2 inch wheels. clean out the seeds and cut them in half.

drizzle olive oil on to the pan throuout and place the acorn on the pan. dont crowd it too much. aggitate and flip the acorn squash to coat both sides. generously sprinkle the salt and pepper. 

Cook it in the oven for 30 min turning the squash after 10 min. once its nice, soft and brown its ready to enjoy!
